Akshat Jain & Niharika Jain Dispose Equity Shares of E & E Enterprises Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Akshat Jain and Niharika Jain have disposed of equity shares of E & E Enterprises Ltd. The disposal took place on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Akshat Jain sold 3350 shares, reducing his total holding to 4.15% from 5.85%. Niharika Jain, who was acting in concert with Akshat Jain, did not sell any shares. The shares were sold on the open market. The disclosure was made on 3rd March 2026.
