E & E Enterprises Reappoints Independent Director and Statutory Auditor

E & E Enterprises Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Snehal Parikh as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, effective December 30, 2026. Additionally, M/s. K. K. Birla & Co., Chartered Accountants, has been re-appointed as the Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 years, commencing from the conclusion of the 85th AGM until the conclusion of the 90th AGM. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Parikh brings over 49 years of experience in business management, specializing in international freight and logistics. M/s. K. K. Birla & Co. is a Mumbai-based firm offering audit, taxation, and financial consulting services.
