Swelect Energy Appoints Pradeep Kumar Madhur as Chief Business Officer

Swelect Energy Systems Ltd has appointed Mr. Pradeep Kumar Madhur as the Chief Business Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Madhur brings over 17 years of experience in the energy and power infrastructure sector. He previously served as Senior Director and Country Business Leader at LONGi Solar, where he managed a P&L exceeding USD 1 billion and led the business to a market-leading position. His expertise spans business strategy, market expansion, cross-border governance, regulatory matters, and P&L management. He also has experience with Sungrow India and leadership roles at Raychem RPG and Crompton Greaves. Mr. Madhur holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA in International Business.
