SWELECT Energy Systems to acquire USolar Assetco Four for up to ₹3.3 Cr

SWELECT Energy Systems Limited's Investment Committee has approved the acquisition of 100% equity shares of USOLAR ASSETCO FOUR PRIVATE LIMITED, a solar power generation company based in Karnataka. The acquisition, costing up to ₹3.30 crores, will make USolar Four a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. USolar Four, incorporated in June 2025 with a paid-up capital of ₹10 lakhs and no prior commercial operations or turnover, plans to establish a solar power plant under a group captive scheme. This move is expected to increase SWELECT's consolidated turnover, with the acquisition size representing approximately 0.5% of the company's FY26 consolidated operational revenue.
