Swiggy Re-appoints Anand Kripalu & Suparna Mitra as Independent Directors

Swiggy Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anand Kripalu and Ms. Suparna Mitra as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Kripalu's second term as Chairman and Independent Director will commence on December 4, 2026, and last for five years until December 3, 2031. Ms. Mitra's second term as Independent Director will begin on April 1, 2027, and conclude on March 31, 2032, also for five years. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval and both directors have confirmed their independence as per regulatory criteria. The board meeting where these approvals were made was held on October 22, 2026.
