The acquisition involves land and building located in Sector 24, Faridabad, Haryana, earmarked for the proposed manufacturing facility for luggage and travel gear. The acquisition is completed as on 13th June, 2024. The seller, Shree Pooja Overseas Private Limited, does not belong to the Promoter or Promoter Group/ Group Company(ies).
