Swiss Military Consumer Goods Ltd Acquires Strategic Land and Building for New Manufacturing Facility

Swiss Military Consumer Goods Ltd has announced the acquisition of a strategically located land and building in Faridabad, Haryana, with an approximate area of 1.21 acres and a built-up area of about 85,000 sq. ft, for INR 29.53 Crores. The acquisition is a pivotal step in the company's strategic expansion, aligning with the 'Make in India’ initiative. The new manufacturing facility, to be established through a wholly owned subsidiary, will have an approximate capacity of 10 lakh pcs per year and is expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2024. The total investment is estimated at INR 56.50 Crores.
