Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd. Announces EGM for Slump Sale of Business Undertaking

Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd. has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 6th November 2025 at 2.30 p.m. The meeting will be held through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM) to transact the business as mentioned in the EGM Notice. The company will also provide a remote e-Voting facility to all the members. The EGM Notice and Explanatory Statement have been despatched to the members of the Company by the Company’s RTA. The company has also given a newspaper advertisement in English and Tamil newspapers. The EGM will consider and if thought fit, to pass, with or without modification(s), the following resolution as a Special Resolution: to sell, transfer, lease, or otherwise dispose of the whole or substantially the whole of the undertaking to Canolli Manufacturing Private Limited for a consideration of INR 4,20,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Crores Twenty Lakhs only), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
