Dealmoney Commodities Pvt Ltd has acquired 6,33,754 shares carrying voting rights of Swojas Foods Ltd, thereby increasing its holding to 10.74% from the earlier 8.69%. The acquisition was made through the open market on various dates between 29-09-2025 and 06-10-2025. The total equity share capital of Swojas Foods Ltd before the acquisition was INR 30,96,26,500 consisting of 3,09,62,650 fully paid-up Equity shares of INR 10/- each. Post-acquisition, the total diluted share/voting capital of the company stands at INR 30,96,26,500 consisting of 3,09,62,650 fully paid-up Equity shares of INR 10/- each.
