Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd Acquires 17.56% Stake in Swojas Foods Ltd

Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd has acquired 17.56% equity share warrants of Swojas Foods Limited (Formerly Known as Swojas Energy Foods Limited). The acquisition was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total shares of Swojas Foods Limited before the acquisition were 3,50,62,650 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, which increased to 3,66,62,650 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the acquisition is 5,69,47,150 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
