Sybly Industries Ltd.: No Applicability of Regulation 32 SEBI (LODR) Regulations for Q3 & H1 2025

Sybly Industries Ltd., in its undertaking for non-applicability of Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, has stated that it does not apply to the company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025. The regulation mandates listed entities to submit statements on a quarterly basis regarding deviations in the use of proceeds and category-wise variation between projected and actual utilization of funds. However, as Sybly Industries Ltd. has not issued any shares by way of public issue, right issue, preferential issue etc., the regulation is not applicable.
