Symbiox Investment & Trading Company Ltd Closes Trading Window Until Completion of Audited Financial Results

Symbiox Investment & Trading Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1 April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31** March, 2026 by the Board of Directors. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31° March, 2026 will be informed in due course.
