Synergy Green: FY26 Revenue ₹376.37 Mn, Up 3.5%

Synergy Green Industries Ltd's board, in its meeting on May 19, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported total income of ₹376.37 million for FY26, a 3.5% increase from ₹363.68 million in FY25. The board did not recommend a dividend for equity shareholders but declared a 10% dividend on preference shares.
