Syngene International: Management Changes Announced

Syngene International Ltd has announced several changes in its management team. Mr. Subhendu Kumar and Mr. Priyaranjan Pattanaik, previously Senior Management Personnel (SMP), will transition to a Non-SMP category effective October 27, 2026. Mr. Ajay Tandon, Head Strategy & Corporate Development, will resign from the company effective October 30, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Deepak Jain, the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), has decided to move on for personal reasons, with his transition timeline to be mutually agreed upon to ensure a smooth handover.
