Synthiko Foils Ltd has approved the acquisition of 100% issued and paid-up capital of DC&T Global Private Ltd for a cost of Rs. 10,46,73,82,296.84. DC&T is engaged in providing end-to-end Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solutions for various industries, including data centers and such other technology infrastructure development. The acquisition will enable Synthiko Foils Ltd to enter the high-growth EPC solutions market, specifically for datacentre infrastructure, and unlock new long-term revenue opportunities across digital infrastructure, energy solutions, and advanced hardware technologies. The acquisition requires approval from the shareholders of the Company and the stock exchange, and is expected to be completed by 31 December, 2025.
