Syrma SGS Technology Acquires 49% Stake in KSolare Energy for INR 83.3 Cr

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd. has approved the acquisition of 100% stake in KSolare Energy Private Limited, a leading solar inverter manufacturer. Syrma SGS will acquire 49% of the target company for approximately INR 83.3 Cr, while Premier Energies Limited will acquire the remaining 51%. The acquisition will enable Syrma SGS to foray into the fast-growing residential solar inverter segment, aligned with the Government of India’s PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The transaction is expected to complete within 90 days, subject to satisfactory completion of the conditions precedent and closing conditions.
