Syrma SGS Technology Acquires 60% Stake in Elcome Integrated Systems for INR 235 Crores

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd has acquired 60% of the total paid-up share capital of Elcome Integrated Systems Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of approximately INR 235,00,00,000. This acquisition was executed through a securities subscription and purchase agreement (SSPA) and shareholders’ agreement (SHA) with the promoters of Elcome. Post-acquisition, Navicom Technology International Private Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elcome. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Syrma SGS Technology at their meeting held on November 10, 2025.
