Syrma SGS Technology Appoints Jaidit Singh Brar as CEO

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jaidit Singh Brar as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 29, 2026. This decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Brar, an MBA from IIM Calcutta, brings over 25 years of experience, including a tenure as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company. The outgoing CEO, Mr. Satendra Singh, will transition to the role of Senior Operating Director. This management change is intended to leverage Mr. Brar's extensive experience in driving growth and transformation.
