Syrma SGS Technology Ltd Appoints Mr. Jayesh Nagindas Doshi as Whole Time Director for 5 Years

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jayesh Nagindas Doshi as the Whole Time Director for a period of 5 years, effective from April 01, 2026. The appointment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders and has been proposed on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Doshi has been associated with the Tandon Group since January 2021 and has played a significant role in the Company's operations and public market initiatives. He successfully led the Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) of Syrma SGS in August 2022.
