Syschem India Board Approves MD Change & New Auditor

Syschem India Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on October 8, 2026, noted the approvals from the 33rd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Suninder Veer Singh's designation was changed from Whole-Time Director to Managing Director, effective September 30, 2026. Simultaneously, Mr. Ranjan Jain was redesignated from Managing Director to Whole-Time Director. Mr. Singh has taken charge as Managing Director and discussed measures to improve operational efficiency, strengthen sales, optimize production, control costs, and enhance profitability. The Board also noted the appointment of M/s Bansal Vijay & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. The Board reviewed business operations and future plans in light of these changes.
