Systematic Industries Acquires GI Wire Plant in Chhattisgarh

Systematic Industries Limited (SIL) has acquired a Galvanized Iron (GI) Wire manufacturing facility in Siltara, Chhattisgarh. The facility spans 10 acres with an installed capacity of 48,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA). This acquisition enhances SIL's total capacity by approximately 48% to 1,48,000 MTPA across five units. It strengthens SIL's presence in Central India, aligning with its strategy to scale its core wire business and capitalize on demand from infrastructure and power sectors. The transaction is expected to be immediately EPS accretive, leveraging operational and financial synergies to optimize logistics, improve service efficiency, and expand the customer base.
