Systematix Corporate Services declares Q1 FY27 un-audited results

Systematix Corporate Services Ltd announced its standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the Board approved the Notice of the 41st Annual General Meeting, Directors Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM is scheduled for September 22, 2026. The Register of Members will be closed from September 16 to September 22, 2026, for the AGM and dividend purposes. Mr. Nikhil Khandelwal was re-appointed as Managing Director for a further three-year period.
