Systematix Corporate Services Ltd has received Rs. 25 crore for its subsidiary as per its offer document. The company has also received SEBI registration of Category 2 AIF. However, the investment in the AIF is yet to be made. The company is yet to apply for regulatory approvals for the remaining Rs. 35 crore. The Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, has been submitted as per SEBI regulations.
