Systematix Securities Appoints S RV & ASSOCIATES as Statutory Auditors

Systematix Securities Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. S RV & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the company's members at the 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026. The appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors and is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 40th AGM until the conclusion of the 45th AGM. The remuneration for the new auditors will be determined by the Board of Directors.
