Systematix Securities Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Systematix Securities Ltd has announced the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s Jyoti Dad & Co., effective August 13, 2026. The resignation is attributed to administrative and operational restructuring of the company's audit assignments. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to shareholder approval, has appointed M/s. SSRV & Associates as the new statutory auditor.
