T D Power Systems Lands INR 142 Crore Orders from Two International Gas Engine OEMs

T D Power Systems Ltd. has announced receiving two large orders from two major international gas engine Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The combined value of these orders is INR 142 Crore, and they are for the supply of gas engine generators. These orders signify a significant increase in demand from the gas engine segment of the company's business, with applications in grid stabilization units, base load power, and data centers. The generators are intended for export markets and will be partly delivered during the current financial year and partly in the next year. The company anticipates further orders in this segment over the next few quarters, reflecting its strengthening position in international markets and higher acceptance of its products for critical applications. It's also confirmed that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interests in the entities that awarded the orders, and these orders are not related party transactions.
