T T Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

T T Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be closed from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company has also confirmed and submitted the details of its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives to CDSL for freezing their PANs to prevent trading during this period. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be intimated separately.
