Tahmar Enterprises to Expand IMFL Bottling Capacity via SDF Industries Resolution Process

Tahmar Enterprises Ltd. has announced its participation in the resolution process of SDF Industries Limited, located in Kerala, with the objective of expanding its Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) bottling capacity. The Company has submitted an application to the Resolution Professional (RP) for participation and resolution plan submission, which has been granted. This strategic initiative aims to enhance the Company's IMFL bottling capacity, with further updates to be provided as and when there are material developments.
