Utsav Promoters Private Limited, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) including Reality Merchants Private Limited, Octagon Merchants Private Limited, and Parton Vinimay Private Limited, has disclosed an acquisition of 1,350 fully paid-up equity shares of Tai Industries Limited. This acquisition, made through the open market, represents 0.0225% of the total paid-up equity and voting share capital of the Target Company. Following this transaction, Utsav Promoters and its PACs now hold a total of 1,76,737 shares, amounting to 2.9456% of Tai Industries' total diluted share capital. The acquisition occurred on July 22, 2026.
