Tainwala Chemicals Approves Director Appointments and Re-appointments at AGM

Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics (India) Ltd announced key management changes following its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company's members approved the appointment of Mr. Alpesh Jagdishbhai Nayak as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Ramesh Tainwala as Chairman and Managing Director for a second five-year term was approved, along with his continuation in directorship beyond age 70. The AGM also saw the approval of re-appointments for Non-Executive Independent Directors Mr. Devendra Saligram Anand and Mr. Uday Ramniklal Mehta, each for a second five-year term.
