Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts to be renamed Krishna GVK Hotels & Resorts

Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited announced its Board of Directors has approved a proposal to change the company's name to Krishna GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. This rebranding is part of a strategic business restructuring and termination of existing brand arrangements. The company will apply to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for name approval and subsequently seek shareholder and stock exchange consent.
