Takyon Networks: Trading Window Closure Not Applicable

Takyon Networks Ltd has clarified that the closure of the trading window is not applicable to the company. This is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. As per LODR Regulations, 2015, entities listed on the SME Exchange are required to submit financial results on a half-yearly basis. Since Takyon Networks is listed on the SME Platform, it is not mandated to file quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consequently, the requirement for a trading window closure does not apply.
