Talbros Automotive Invests Rs. 3.37 Crore in CleanMax Kaziranga for Solar Power

Talbros Automotive Components Ltd. has invested Rs. 3,37,49,520 ( Rupees Three Crore thirty Seven Lakh Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty only) to acquire 26% of the Equity Share Capital of CleanMax Kaziranga Private Limited. This investment is aimed at obtaining solar power for captive consumption by Talbros' manufacturing units in Haryana. CleanMax Kaziranga is a special purpose vehicle set up under the group captive model envisaged under the Electricity Act, 2003, to generate and supply solar power to consumers.
