Talbros Engineering Approves FY26 Audited Results; ₹3 Dividend

Talbros Engineering Ltd's board approved the audited standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. They also approved the appointment of M/s.
