Talbros Engineering Recommends Final Dividend of ₹3.00

The Board of Directors of Talbros Engineering Limited, in its meeting held on May 29, 2026, considered and recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the audited standalone financial results for the same period, the appointment of an internal auditor, the re-appointment of a non-executive independent director, and an investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, TALBROS NEXTGEN PRIVATE LIMITED.
