Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd: Appointment of Executive Director as per Regulations 2015

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd has announced the appointment of new directors following the confirmation by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai. The new appointees include Arvind Pradhan Bhanushali as Managing Director, Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya as Executive Director, Shilpa Singh as Non-Executive Director, Priyanshu Sheth as Independent Director, and Jignesh R. Lasaniawala as Independent Director. The appointments are in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015. The company also announced the cessation of office for Vinayak Ratnakar Gawande, Madhukar Vishnu Talwalkar, Girish Madhukar Talwalkar, Abhijeet Rajaram Patil, and Dinesh Srinivas Rao.
