Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd: Appointment of New Directors and Cessation of Suspended Directors

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd has announced the appointment of new Directors, Ms. Pooja Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mr. Satish Kalmaste as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from 16th March 2026. The company has also confirmed the appointment of several other Directors, including Arvind Pradhan Bhanushali, Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya, Shilpa Singh, Priyanshu Sheth, and Jignesh R. Lasaniawala, following the order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai. The suspended Directors/KMPs, including Vinayak Ratnakar Gawande, Madhukar Vishnu Talwalkar, Girish Madhukar Talwalkar, Abhijeet Rajaram Patil, and Dinesh Srinivas Rao, have ceased to hold their positions.
