Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd Appoints New Directors and Reconstitutes Board Committees

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd has appointed new directors and reconstituted its board committees. The appointments include Mr. Arvind Pradhan Bhanushali, Mr. Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya, Ms. Shilpa Singh, Mr. Priyanshu Alpeshkumar Sheth, and Mr. Jignesh R. Lasaniawala as Managing Directors, Independent Directors, and Non-Executive Directors. The appointments are pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai. The company has also appointed Ms. Pooja Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Mr. Satish Kalmaste as Chief Financial Officer.
