Shilpa Singh Appointed CFO and MD of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Shilpa Singh as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director (MD). The appointments are effective from October 7, 2026. Ms. Singh's tenure as MD will be for five years, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. She previously served as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Ms. Singh brings over 15 years of experience in media, marketing, and digital marketing. She is not related to any other director on the board and is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
