TNPL Board fixes AGM date, approves FY26 results & ₹4 dividend

Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd (TNPL) announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 24, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share (40%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 46th AGM is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026, and the record date for the dividend has been fixed as September 17, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after September 28, 2026.
