Tamilnadu Petroproducts Appoints Cost Auditors for FY27

Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. B Y & Associates, Cost Accountants, Chennai as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 11, 2026. The company also confirmed the date for its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2026, and recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Sanket Balvantrao Waghe, IAS, was appointed as an Additional Director.
