
Tamilnadu Petroproducts Posts Revenue of ₹ 1847 Crores for FY2024-25 & ₹ 459 Crores in Q4 of FY2024-25
Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited (TPL), a Chennai based Petrochemical manufacturing company, announced its Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter FY25 and for the Year ended FY 2024-25. The company's revenue for FY2024-25 stood at ₹ 1847 crore, a significant increase from ₹ 1697 crore in FY2023-24. The net profits registered were ₹ 51.42 crore as compared to ₹ 42.78 crore in FY2023-24. During the last quarter of the year, the company recorded a gross revenue of ₹ 459 crore, with operating profits at ₹ 42.04 crore and net profits at ₹ 24.91 crore. Despite challenges such as intense competition from cheaper imports and higher input costs, the company reported improved contributions and incurred ₹ 7.55 crore towards material damage and Plant restoration activities due to the Michaung cyclone in Dec’23. An amount of ₹ 26.05 crore has been received from insurers as an adhoc amount pending assessment report from the surveyor, recognized as an exceptional item.
