TPL Appoints Sanket Waghe as Additional Director

Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd (TPL) announced the appointment of Mr. Sanket Balvantrao Waghe, IAS, as an Additional Director under the Non-Executive Non-Independent category, effective August 11, 2026. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and convened the 41st Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2026. A dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for FY26 was recommended, subject to member approval. Additionally, M/s. B Y & Associates were appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
