Taneja Aerospace: FY26 Audited Results Approved, Rakesh Duda Re-appointed

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd. has approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board re-appointed Mr. Rakesh Duda as Managing Director for one year, effective May 16, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Duda is also appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel and authorized to determine the materiality of events for disclosure purposes. The Statutory Auditors, M/s. KKC & Associates, LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on the annual audited financial results.
