Taneja Aerospace to Invest ₹1,000 in TAAL Precision Products

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of ₹1,000 in TAAL Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. (TPPPL), acquiring 100% of its paid-up share capital. Upon completion, TPPPL will become a wholly owned subsidiary. TPPPL was incorporated on August 1, 2026, and is involved in the manufacturing of precision products. This acquisition aims to enhance the company's aerospace manufacturing capabilities. The transaction is considered a related party transaction, with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer identified as related parties, but it is conducted on an arm's length basis. The acquisition is expected to be completed within two months.
