The Board of Directors of Karix Mobile Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tanla Platforms Ltd, approved the change in designation of Mr. Deepak Goyal from Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 01, 2026.
