Tanla Platforms Limited announced a major impact milestone for Wisely Ai, its AI-native platform, following an impact celebration event hosted by Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH) in Indonesia. Within the first six months of deployment, Wisely Ai analyzed 11+ billion communications across 100 million users, identified 2+ billion spam and scam interactions, detected 2+ million malicious senders and CTAs, and prevented an estimated USD 500 billion in financial losses. The AI technology has resulted in 99% model efficacy and 95% customers feeling more protected. Indosat, which launched two solutions integrating Wisely Ai at the network and mobile application levels, announced the launch of new features to make the network scam-free and extend channel coverage to VoIP.
