Twamev Construction Re-appoints J. Jain as Statutory Auditor

Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Ltd re-appointed M/s. J. Jain & Co. as Statutory Auditor for a second term of four years, commencing from FY 2026-27 until FY 2029-30. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 29, 2026, where the audited financial statements and results for the year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. Other auditor appointments include YG Advisors as Internal Auditor and S. Chhaparia & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
