Taparia Tools Ltd. Receives Complete Relief from Rs 54.50 CR Income Tax Demand

Taparia Tools Ltd. has announced that it has received an Order from the Income Tax Department, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act 1961. The Order allows an appeal and provides complete relief from a demand of Rs 54.50 CR. The demand was made under Section 147 read with Section 144 for a date of receipt of Order on March 27, 2025, at 2.50 p.m. (IST). The Company Secretary, Shrikrishna Date V S Datey, has stated that there will be no material impact on the financials or operations of the Company.
