Tarai Foods Ltd. to Consider and Approve Q3 FY2025-26 Financial Results on 14th February 2026

Tarai Foods Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th February 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2025. The meeting will be held at Sandhu Farms, Rudrapur. As per the company's code of conduct and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives will be closed from 7th February 2026 till 48 hours after the date of the board meeting.
